ActiveSync not sending e-mail in Outlook 2016 for Windows

Hi Team,

I have a microsoft 365 subscription and the office was updated to the 2016 version. After this update I cannot send e-mails through my Zoho Exchange ActiveSync account, the e-mail is stuck in the outbox folder. The other gmail account that I have is working fine.

Can you pls help?
