Activesync not working?

Hi,

Just moved my domain from google apps to Zoho. Could you please let me know if the EAS is supported?
As there is no way to connect the Outlook 2016 with my accoun (TFA activated and APP password used, username as username@mydomain , server : msync.zoho.com)

it seems that your sever is not supporting EAS at all  as the Micrososft testconnectivity (remote app) reports:

The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is testing Exchange ActiveSync.
     The Exchange ActiveSync test failed.
---------

From the Oulook2016 the error :

Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The username or password you entered isn’t working. Please try typing them again.


So as I am sure 100% that credentials are ok, I have the feeling you are using broken/unsupported EAS configuration.

Could you please let me know what is go on.
