ActiveSync Outlook

Does Zoho support ActiveSync with MS Outlook on Windows? They didn't used to. I tried it again recently and it seems to work, but it doesn't sync my entire account. I get ~400 of my 1,400 contacts and ~40 of my thousands of emails. All new changes sync (i.e. if I update a contact in Outlook, it updates Zoho, and I get new emails). Is there a limitation to this approach?
