[Solved] ActiveSync Won't Login (Android Outlook App)
When I try to enter the Exchange server settings as detailed in the Zoho help page, I get an error saying "Login Error - Please check your email and password and try again." However, I have quadruple checked all the fields, including email and password, and they are all correct.
Email: *custom Zoho email*
Server: msync.zoho.com
Domain: *my domain*
Username: *custom Zoho email*
Password: *account password*
Is there something I'm doing wrong, is this a bug in the Outlook app, or are the Zoho servers experiencing problems?
Update (1/25/2017): I was able to login from another mail app on my phone using the same settings, so I have reported the issue to Outlook's support team.
