activities BUG

i've created a new view with a contact criteria since then each time i click on the activities tab the same tab popup in the old tab endlessly, i can't access my views of my activities, also in the setup you can manage views for every tabs/objects but not for activities (tasks and events)...

what can i do beside crying???
