Activities layout trouble
I am trying to view in my activities names associated to my tasks related to leads. I have made custom view that includes the contact name category, however it just shows up blank. In each lead there is a name... How come it doesn't show up under the activities/task?
Example of what I see:
Contact Name___(showing blank)______ Subject: Call back to follow up Date: 3/18/13 Status: Not started yet
Example of what I want to see:
Contact Name___John Smith______ Subject: Call back to follow up Date: 3/18/13 Status: Not started yet
Is this a technical problem within zoho or am I not selecting the right things?
