Activity Data for CONTACTS
Hello Zoho Folk!
Our salesmen use the "Call" activity to log customer calls and field visits. On the following monday my Kick-Ass Zoho program emails me a report of all "Calls" for each salesman logged the previous week.
Is there a way to view all logged call activities under a contact or lead? Right now I have to run a activity report to see all call information. I'd like to see all call activity information just like I can see the notes and emails related to that contact.
Seems Simple?
