Activity Issues
I have the following questions/suggestions:
1) We should have an easy way to delete an activity if it was already entered and it is no longer needed or a different activity covers it.
2) When Call Activities exist it seems there is no way to do any of the following:
a) modify the time the call should be made
b) register that the call was actually made and completed (so that it drops off the reminder list)
c) change the call date and time to a future date or time if the current date is no longer valid or appropriate
d) to be able to see the Company Name in the details - this seems like a 'no brainer' and is annoying just to see a person's name and phone number and e-mail. You have no clue what company you're going to be calling as none of this info. shows up in the call activity information.
e) Not sure what the purpose of the 'Call Result' section is - this is where there should be a drop-down menu that then closes out the call if completed.
f) We should have a way to modify the choices for drop down menus (for example Call Pupose - has no where to show Follow-Up...)
I'd love to speak with some folks at Zoho Corp about making this product more user friendly and utilitarian to us, the end-users.
