The Activity Kanban view criteria appears to be fixed (hard-wired) to look for specific phrases.
  1. What is the criteria for an Activity to appear in the Customer Column?
  2. What is the exact criteria for an Activity to appear in the Deal Column?
I ask because I suspect you're looking for an exact word or phrase in Contacts/Accounts and Deals like the Stage Probability Mapping, and I've made some subtle changes to those Fields. For example, in sales speak, Closed only means Won - "Did you close the deal" doesn't mean did you lose it - it means did you win it? Lost means Lost. But if I have to change my Stage values back, so be it.

Further, I don't use "Customer" - a customer is someone who comes into a store and buys. A Client is someone who engages me as a Partner or Consultant to work with them.

But if would be better if you included the ability to edit the Queries behind the Customer and Deal Columns.
