We have faced some issues with zohoMarketingHub lately and the issue is being that a lead can't enter the journey more than once.
We want to send emails to our leads, currently we are planning to send them through zoho crm but we still want to use the tracking system that MarktingHub is providing.
Is there any way to embed those tracking links inside our email templates so we can track when a client opens the email and interacts with the content in this email?
Is there any workaround?
