AD and LDAP authentication

AD and LDAP authentication

hello,

how to check, that AD authentication works?
When I try to import users from AD I enter:
To hostname: the name of the Primary domain controller (I tried IP also)
Domain name: FQDN domain name
Username: AD username, not domain admin
PW: that user passw.

Pressing list users gives the following error:
Problem while getting users from the Active Directory.Check the Inputs and try again.

When using LDAP I can get the user list and also sign up a user to Zoho VO,
but I can not login with that user. Even after setting Authentication mode to LDAP.

Possibly the problem is that VO uses something other than sAMAccountName when comparing username.

Can someone help with this?

I believe that stable AD integration would give very big advantage to this product.
