Zoho CRM posts a downtime announcement on March 25 2010 for a maintanence on April 3 to 5th. However Zoho Calendar seems to be giving just one day notice. I believe at least a five day notice along with a day's reminder email should be good to have the users prepared just in case if there are issues with update and manage through any data losses.

23rd hour surprises normally are perceived as unprofessional gestures. Can we have the teams to emulate similar to Zoho CRM?
