The “add a contact” form is not loading. I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers.  I’ve shut down and restarted the browsers.  I’ve restarted my computer as well. The “contacts” tab works.  I see my list of contacts.  But, “Add a Contact” does not load the form.
