My staff has recently been complaining about the new "add a note..." default text in the notes field in Zoho CRM. Prior to this feature, we could put our cursor in the notes field and either type in our notes or paste in our own notes. Now, we must select the "add a note..." text and delete it first.
Because so many of my staff members are used to the first way, many of our notes now start with the words "add a note...."
Can this be fixed?
