I see that there is currently the ability to trigger task automation when a comment is added to a task. However, we have a use case in which we would like to trigger automation when the comment is edited or deleted.
This will enable us to update the comment synced between tickets (in Desk) and tasks (in Projects).
Currently, task automation can be triggered only based on task comment addition but not edit/delete action. If there is any update on this, we will keep you posted.
The 'Comment' field is not included in the current design of the Task Workflow Rules. It looks like an issue from our end. We've forwarded this case to our engineering team to troubleshoot further and will keep you updated.
