Add account with Special Symbol "&" from existing job does not locate

Add account with Special Symbol "&" from existing job does not locate

I have an existing job already linked to an account, and need to add a secondary account link.  This account has an "&" symbol, however, the search account function from an existing job does not function with this account name.
HELP!
