I am trialing the Zoho Assist application, and would like to give my director the ability to view the Subscription details. He needs to be able to enter card information so we can make a purchase. I have tried copying the Super Admin role to his account, but he still isn't able to view the Subscription tab. Is there a permission I need to add to his account so he can make the purchase?
