I am trying to figure out a way to automatically add a task after I send an E mail to a customer from the opportunity screen. I would have thought the answer it would be in workflow .
Action: Send E Mail and then a pop up " do you want an activity?".
Has anyone a solution to this. I know its easy once the E Mail ahs been sent to add an activity manually but it would nice for it to be automatic so that one doesn't forget.
