Hello everyone, 

I'd like to create an automatic workflow starting from a file upload. 
Specifically, our employees have to periodically renew certain certification. Based on the certification is a fixed amount of time. I would like to insert a file and connect to the time I added it, establish a reminder to renew it after(as an example) 11 Months, to give them some time to prepare 1 month before the yearly expiration.

Is this kind of automation possible? Or is it not possible to connect automations to files?
