Add business opportunity id to custom link?

Add business opportunity id to custom link?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to add the Business Opportunity ID (or record id) when creating a custom link which can then be used later to update the opportunity through the api.

eg. Something like: http://mysite.com/?name=${Potentials.Potential Name}&id=${Potentials.Id}
