Add columns tasks - Urgent!

Hello! I have the need to use designs with users who do not have knowledge about PMI and need in the project there are extra speakers (in the tasks) to identify the Key User, more than one responsible for the task, anyway, i need to insert columns to track information in a clear manner. We bought the package Enterprise thinking that we would have this option (Custom Fields) but we're seeing that technically this does not add anything to our concept of work. There are how to add columns in the task and I furthermore, also be able to import them. Please I need an answer to direct our efforts in assembling simple designs and with clear information and visible. If there is no such persolizar new columns in the Tasks, unfortunately we will have to abandon the use of Zoho. We look forward to return, thank you for your attention.

However, I may not be encountering option for this and it already exists, so if there is a place where i can add columns, can point me as performed such a task?
