Add contacts

Hi,
Is it possible for you to help me fix my problem
I want to add contacts directly from outlook 365 with Zoho CRM installed as an add-in
When my email is open I can see Zoho CRM and when I want to add this person in my Zoho group it doesn't work
There's a sentence : '"something went wrong, please try again later"
