Add custom fields or reset

Hello All, 
I just want to know if it is possible to add more than 10 custom fields. Actually it was possible few months ago (when I created my CRM I could create unlimited custom fields). So in some tabs I have created like 25 custom fields and now if I want to add one, it says : 

- This page allows you to add and edit the fields that can appear on the contact page.
- You can add up to 10 Custom Fields.
- If you delete a custom field, it will also delete the related data in the application

Even if I delete all my previous custom fields, I can't add a new one anymore (I even subscribed to the standard plan with 4 users)

I am reorganizing my CRM and I would like to reset it completely. Is it possible to restart from scratch and not loose my subscription?
