We currently use acuityscheduling.com for meetings

We can set up different types of meetings and webinars.

So we want to switch to zoho.

But:

When someone clicks the calendar.
I want My guys to b able to Select 1,2 or 3 (each is a different type of meeting).  Schedule it within zoho.  Add notes once the meeting is done and then maybe reschedule when its a follow up meeting.
