I am new to Zoho and in the evaluation stage to see if it's right for our business.  

I am wondering if there is a way for me to view all emails on a particular account, right from the Accounts module.  Similar to how the Contact page lists all the emails as a "Related List" for that contact.  I need the related Account to compile all the emails that have been sent/received from any contact who is related to the Account.

Is this possible with Zoho?  

On a related note, I need this type of "compilation" on tasks, meetings, etc.  

This is possible with my old CRM and it's one of the last things that's holding me back from converting.  Our clients are children, so our Accounts are actually Families and we communicate with mom, dad, step-dad, step-mom, grandma, etc.  You get the idea!  So we need to be able to view correspondence and tasks for the family, while still tracking which contact we corresponded with and when.

In my tests, it does not seem to be compiling the history in the Accounts Module.  Am I doing something wrong or have it set up incorrectly?  Or if not - is there a workaround solution you might see for me?
