Add full name to email recipient on emails sent to candidates/contacts

Add full name to email recipient on emails sent to candidates/contacts

In order to improve our sending score to email providers, it would be great to have the full name of the candidate/contact in the recipient field, and not only the email address.

It should be pretty straightforward to implement.
