Add invitation to my calendar

Add invitation to my calendar

Hi, I've just send out a group meeting invitation. One of the attendees is myself with another email address. This email is hosted on a MS Exchange server. 

I cant find a button to add the appointment to my Exchange calendar. Is there anything I need to adjust. If I cant find it may be others can't see this...
