Add merge fields in email template signature

Hello,
I've created a mail template which will be used to send follow-up email to the lead we've met at a Industry fair.

The leads are added to the CRM by multiple Sales rep, so each e-mails must be sent using:
  1. the lead owner email address as sender
  2. the lead owner email address as reply-to
  3. the lead owner signature in the email body
Points 1 & 2 are easy to solve, as the options are present in the mass mail feature.

Question is: is there a way to push each lead owner's e-mail signature in the email body OR to use merge fields in order to recreate each signature when sending via mass mail?

We use the following information for each signature in our organization.
  1. full name
  2. role
  3. email
  4. phone number
  5. additional phone number
