Add notes for a Contact or Candidate from Outlook plugin
Today it is possible to add a received or sent mail from the Outlook plugin into Zoho Recruit Contacts and/or Candidates. In addition to adding the email, it is possible to add a note. In many cases, there is no need to save the email if you save a note.
Could you consider giving the option to just save the note without saving the email? The email may contain information that have to be clean out within a certain time period due to the GDPR regulation. When you just add a note of the same or edited information, it would be possible to edit and errase information that must not be stored in the system according to the GDPR regulation?
