Add-ons management in User "Account Information" UI
Just a quick thought. How much will it be useful, if there is a add-on management console for each user, inside the "Account Information" UI?
Right now the account information UI shows something like this :
How about an Add-ons management console using which the admin could enable/disable add-ons for that user?

PS : When a non-admin user views the account information page, only the list of add-ons (minus the enable/disable controls) along with status will be shown.
