To resolve issues around SPF, DKIM, DMARC it would be much better if Zoho CRM allowed for an external SMTP server to be configured for mass email sending.

There seems to be a lot of different topics asking about how to solve Spam / SPF / DMARC / DKIM issues and allowing this would make it so much easier.
