Add Record To Form A in Application A when Form B in Application B is submitted.

Problem: I'm not able to select any forms in ApplicationA in the insert record task I'm adding to FormB in ApplicationB On Success action?   I know it is more complicated to lookup a record in another application than it is to lookup a record in another form in the same application which i was able to figure out but I can't seem to find any information on "adding" a record from a form one application to a form in another application and  I'm not able to select any forms in ApplicationA in the insert record task I'm adding to FormB in ApplicationB.

Goal: I need to add a record with multiple fields to FormA in ApplicationA when FormB in ApplicationB is submitted.

Reason for Goal: This script will be conditional and needs to be real time which is why exporting information from FormB/ApplicationB and importing it to FormA/ApplicationA isn't an option.  

Question: How do I add Deluge script to achieve my goal?  Please provide an example using the following for application/form/field names so everyone in the Forum can benefit from your answer.
