Hi if I create a lead that is attached to a company and fill out all the company information (address, website, etc) and then add a second lead and put the company name as the same company, will it automatically fill out the company info (address, website) on the second lead or do I have to do it manually? 

If not, is there a way to upload a company database to the CRM so I can have company information that globally populates every time I upload a lead for attached to that company?
