Add signed Dokument from Zoho Sign to Zoho CRM

Add signed Dokument from Zoho Sign to Zoho CRM

I create a lead in Zoho CRM via a webhook and then send a document for signature. I am looking for a way to add the signed document to this lead. Does anyone have any tips on how I can make this work?
