Any way this can be done?  

I understand this is considered a "Unsupported Field", but I find this very frustrating that Subforms and other custom fields cannot be added to Templates.    

I need to provide a printed (PDF) form of Case records but I am not able to include the subform?  Or other custom fields?

Hopefully there is some way to accomplish this, aggravating that I have to look for alternative solutions/database for a simple need.
