I managed to figure this out for one of my calendars, but for my life I cannot repeat it.  

I have four calendars on my website.  Two have subscribe buttons.  I want the other two to have this as well.  Can anyone give me the steps to do this?  I managed it once, some months ago, and can't figure out how to repeat it...
