add subscription plans to zoho forms

add subscription plans to zoho forms

Hi, 
I have a form where customers signup for a service. Through the signup flow I want them to subscribe for a plan which I mange in Zoho Subscriptions. 
Zoho subscriptions allow me to create a widget to be embedded elsewhere (a website), but the question is how can I embed this widget in zoho forms.
If it's not possible, any alternative solution is welcome as I somehow need to allow users to chose the subscription plan.
