Increase Target/Goal by $25k every month? (on the Dashboard)

We need something visual that shows us our total closing amount for the fiscal year. It doesn't matter what kind of Target meter or chart it is. I KNOW how to create a target meter with a static Target.  However, we need the "Target" amount to increase by $25,000 every month.

So for:
  1. January the Target is $25,000
  2. February $50,000
  3. March $75,000
  4. April $100,000
  5. ... and so on through December

Each "amount" in "closed won" deals in that fiscal year counts towards our Target. But every every month the Target also increases by $25,000.

For example:
JANUARY
  1. Won $20,000 in closed deals.
  2. Target: $25,000

FEBRUARY
  1. Won $15,000 in closed deals for a total of $35,000
  2. Target: $50,000

MARCH
  1. Won $40,000 in closed deals for a total of $75,000
  2. Target: $75,000

Can we increase the Target/Goal each month by an additional $25,000 automatically?
