Add Task or Calendar entry from within an email

Have started using the new zoho mail 2018, and while any sort of software changeover is pretty ghastly I see enough advantages to grind through.

I want to setup a task or a calendar entry from right within an email (while viewing it). I've seen this done in the zoho video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HRVxKxPxLA and have seen the buttons while using but cannot duplicate it. Not finding a concise info packed training video on the new mail, that gives all the advanced abilities and how to do it.
