In order to standardize billing month to month we only bill through a specific date each month. It would be helpful if we could enter a date into setting that would restrict the time that could be added to an invoice. 

For example

Tom has two hours of billable time for October 19 but our invoices are only to include time on or before October 15th (this date would be entered into the invoice settings). These two hours would not be available to add to an invoice.
