I've created a new account on zoho with my brand moov.

My e-mail username julia@moov... is ok, but when I try to add the new user id moov@moov it sais that It already exists. I've tried to send an e-mail to moov@moov and it returned. So this e-mail doesn't exist at all. 

Somebody knows what I'm doing wrong?
