We are users of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. I currently support my boss in CRM (we both are users) and she has an account in Campaigns (I do not). We are getting a new person to fill the sales role my boss currently fills and my boss will no longer be involved in this particular business.

 

Should we transfer my boss's existing CRM and Campaigns account or create new users for both and remove my boss from both?

 

I am asking because my boss has done various tasks and put in various notes on contacts. We don't want to lose that data!
