Hello,
One of my organization users created empty CRM database with her organization email.
This organization domain and email is hosted in Zoho and she acctively use it.
Afer I try to add this user to our existing CRM under Setup / Users & Permission - I get a message, what user email is already taken.
After I reinvite her to CRM and she press link or goes to crm.zoho.com, she is dirrected to empty CRM.
How I can dissasociate her email from empty CRM database and connect to my organization?
Also I can not delete this email or specify different, because email is in use.
