Zoho CRM is so close now to being the ultimate business application with the new UI, as soon as this one feature is added.

This is probably where Zoho is headed but if it's not I want to BEG for this to be incorporated.

What we need is to be able to put a "view" into the menu. So if I have my sales teamspace, I may want to have a number of ways of presenting the organisations module. One to show a filtered view by prospects, another to show the customers, I might want to show a Chart View of a filter or present another as Kanban.

We should be able to add filtered views to the teamspace menu and also specify how it is presented by default.

On that note, it would be wonderful if we could embed everything Zoho in this way. So I might have a form set up for my Sales team and I want to include it in the view, or a project view, or a Zoho Table, a backstage event, a notebook, a Connect forum.

Now I can do SOME of this via Web Tabs. First thing, you need to allow us to make unlimited webtabs now. I am having to carefully manage mine now to fit under the 25 limit. But a lot of apps, don't embed as web tabs. In some cases, we've even gone back to sticking stuff in spreadsheets just so that we can embed it as a webtab and making it discoverable for everyone. And so there needs to be an embeddable view of any screen within Zoho that is divorced from the menu, so that it shows up seamlessly within CRM.

This new interface can truly become the unifier for me to organise all of my teams, which has always been the paintpoint for properly making use of the breadth of the Zoho One suite.
