Add Zoho and other Apps in Control Panel

being the superadmin I would like to integrate zoho docs and other apps into our zoho business. However, each time I want to add an application in the Control Panel what I can do checking the box in front of the app, it will say "No Zoho applications defined" after having clicked OK, same thing for the custom apps. Please advise.
