Adding a card details for newly created subscripion using API?

Adding a card details for newly created subscripion using API?

Hello,
I am creating a new customer and his subscription through API. I want to create a recurring payment for this subscription that are automatically deducted from customer card. and for this i want to add customer card details for payment using API. So how can i do that? and also how would i update card information through API after the card added to that subscription
