Is there a way to add a "continuous note record" when somebody goes into Edit the leads .. 

Something Very similar to the Sales Order ... where you can just keep adding "Invoice Detail Lines" to the Sales orders

Or do I have to make custom modules for the leads and the notes? or it cant be done
