I'm putting together a report for our Products section. The report will be divided up into each "Product Owner" - we currently have 3 users, but 4 people in our office who "own" products.
The 4th user, Lee, currently doesn't (and has no desire to) use Zoho CRM. I would, however, like to be able to put his name to his products on the system via "Product Owner", without allowing him to log into the database.
Currently there is a tick box on our products identifying "Lee's Product", and that allows us to search for his products only, but obviously the Product Owner is one of the 3 other users, not Lee.
I'm pretty sure I'm heading down a cul-de-sac, but is there anyway I can add a "dormant" user without having to deactivate a user (presumably losing current user records)?
