I'm trying to add the 'Parent Account' column to search results for 'Deals' and it appears this may need to be set back in the Settings > Customisation > Modules and Fields > Modules > Deals > Fields however when 'Create & Edit Fields' is clicked, there is no 'Lookup" field option on the left that I can drag in and associate to return the parent account from the account name.

Is this not a thing that can be done?
