Adding a new user to my Zoho CRM account but this user already created his own free zoho CRM version
Dear All.
I am trying to add a user to my Zoho CRM account, but this new user already created a ZOho CRM account of his own. So when I try to add the user it says his email has already been taken.
I actually found the following solution:
You can add an existing user to your company’s CRM account by replacing the email address in his/her account with another one. This is necessary because if an email address is used to create a Zoho CRM account, it cannot be used again to add the same user in another CRM account. So, without closing the account, the user can replace the email address, which is needed to join the company account.
To release the email address
- Log in to http://accounts.zoho.com.
- In the Home page, click Email Address.
- In the Email Address page, add a new email ID.
A confirmation email will be sent to the new email ID.
However as we are also using Zoho Projects, so I am afraid if he changes his email address in accounts.zoho.com it may interfere with his Zoho projects log in, as he also uses same company email address for zoho projects as well as for zoho CRM. Can someone give me a tip ??
